What can be more enjoyable than hearing pure straight ahead jazz played by a well- established, versatile horn player who has recorded and performed with an impressive list of stars of all musical genres and a rhythm section consisting of top of the line European musicians?

Eric Alexander
Eric is known for his sophisticated hard bop and post bop style. He started out as a classical musician at the University of Indiana, soon switched to jazz and the tenor sax and studied with Harold Mabern, Rufus Reid, Joe Lovano, Steve Turre and many others at the William Paterson University. Eric achieved fame after finishing 2nd after Joshua Redman at the 1991 Thelonious Monk International Jazz Saxophone Competition. In 2004, he signed an exclusive contract with High Note Records and continues to tour the world and can also be heard as a sideman on more than 100 recordings.

Luca Mannutza
Luca Mannutza is only 4 years old when his father gives him his first piano lessons. In 1974 he starts training as a classical pianist and in 1993 he starts performing with some of the best Italian jazz musicians as Paolo Fresu, Emanuele Cisi, Maurizio Giammarco, Bebo Ferra, Steve Grossman. Since then he performed with Fabrizio Bosso, Roberto Gatto, Jeremy Pelt, Joel Frahm, Chris Cheek, Greg Hutchinson, Anthony Pinciotti and featured at international jazz festivals. As part of the High Five quintet, he released the CD Five for Fun for Blue Note/Emi label, on charts in Italy and Japan, and he played on Handful of Soul, Mario Biondi’s worldwide success.

Lorenzo Conte
Venice-born bassist Lorenzo Conte has played with Italian and American jazz veterans like Jesse Davis, Eddie Henderson, Ronnie Mathews, Art Farmer, John Hicks, Harry Allen, Ronnie Cuber, Gianni Basso, Steve Grossman, Flavio Boltro, Slide Hampton, Fabrizio Bosso just to name a few. He has also performed at the most important jazz clubs and festivals in Italy, France, Switzerland, Russia, the Netherlands, Germany, Tunisia, Spain, Croatia and Slovenia.

Joris Dudli
Joris has been a steady member of the Vienna Art Orchestra and the Art Farmer Quintet from 1979 to 1985. After moving to the US in 1986, he has performed and recorded with many of the great jazz musicians of the world: The Zawinul Syndicate, Benny Golson, Curtis Fuller, Sonny Fortune, Johnny Griffin, Mullgrew Miller, Clifford Jordan, Joe Lovano, Joe Henderson, and many more.
